Redcliffe Golf Club is bayside Brisbane golf with teeth in the sea breeze. Stan Francis designed the 18-hole course in 1935, shaping a par-71, 6,099-metre championship layout across a coastal sandbelt beside Hayes Inlet. Mature eucalypts, contoured fairways, large greens and a demanding closing stretch reward accuracy, especially when the south-easterly arrives to inspect your swing. Visitors are welcome throughout the week at available times, with online bookings, carts, club hire, a stocked golf shop, practice areas and a clubhouse deck overlooking the action.

Classic coastal course with sweeping inlet views, consistently well kept fairways and quick greens and bunkers that demand respect. The clubhouse deck and friendly staff make for a proper day out. Drawback is the noticeably steep halfway house prices.
