Established in 1948 on Melbourne’s Sandbelt, Spring Valley Golf Club is a private 18‑hole course (6161 metres from the championship tees) designed by H.V. Morcom. The club offers extensive practice facilities including two driving ranges (300m full‑length and a 250m irons‑only range), a large short‑game area with pitching, chipping and bunkers, a large practice putting green, a high‑performance teaching studio (Trackman, SAM PuttLab) and on‑site Titleist fitting/coaching facilities. The clubhouse is a fully licensed venue and the club hosts competitions, functions and member programs.
Spring Valley is a Sandbelt gem with sculpted bunkers, true fast greens and a tight, strategic layout that rewards thoughtful shots. Turf and conditioning are exceptional. Drawback: clubhouse and surroundings feel modest.
