Mornington Golf Club

Mornington, VIC
Established 1904

Mornington Golf Club is one of the oldest and most scenic courses on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. First established in 1904, the club’s current 18-hole championship layout features a dramatic par-3 19th hole perched on the cliffs of Port Phillip Bay, added in 2017, which creates thrilling views over water and city. Holes 9 and 18 have been redesigned as part of a master plan led by Contour Golf Design (with designers Ben Davey and Darius Oliver) to modernise fairways, greens and clubhouse adjacent areas. Pure Couch grass fairways and quick Bent grass greens offer high quality playing conditions. “Baymen Corner” (holes 14-16) is a favourite stretch for vistas of Mornington Harbour and the Bay. With an inviting clubhouse restaurant, full pro shop, expert coaching and practice facilities, Mornington offers visitors and members alike an enjoyable, varied golfing experience in a striking coastal setting.
