Moore Park New South Wales golf complex Moore Park Golf Club opened on 19 June 1926 in the heart of Sydney’s parklands. Designed by Carnegie Clark, it began as a public 18-hole layout and was modernised by James Wilcher in 2005 to refine its urban-parkland character. The course plays to a par 70 over gently rolling terrain, with signature holes including the dramatic par 5 fourth through remnant bushland and the city-framed par 3 seventh overlooking the skyline. In 1961 the heritage-listed Golf House was completed, now hosting functions and a bar with panoramic views. The club partners with Centennial Park & Moore Park Trust on rehabilitation of native flora, and runs junior clinics, corporate days and inclusive community programs. Facilities include a driving range, practice greens, powered-cart and club hire, club fitting, a pro shop, golf academy, restaurant, function rooms, locker rooms and showers.
