Links-style 18‑hole public course on the Bellarine Peninsula opened in 1970. Built on a sandy base with undulating fairways and firm, fast greens, the layout was originally by Vern Morcom and later enhanced by Kevin Hartley and Mike (Michael) Clayton. The venue includes a modern clubhouse with Claribeaux restaurant and Ivor’s Spike Bar, and a separate state‑of‑the‑art driving range and teaching academy (The Range @ Curlewis).
Wind swept links feel and cleverly strategic holes make for exhilarating golf; greens and fairways are well tended and the modern clubhouse and range lift the whole experience. Occasional maintenance disruptions are annoying.
